Employee Profile

The Employee Profile is a report targetting existing employees. It will help employees and managers or supervisors review the employees' personality and extreme traits. The report is aimed at helping employees identify and deal with their extreme traits. Employees will understand how their extreme traits affect their colleagues and will be guided on how to manage these extreme traits. The report measures both positive and negative traits, and gives guidance on compensating for their weaker traits by using their stronger traits.
